Cascone Counseling offers individual therapy for adults (18+) through secure telehealth sessions. I am currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna insurance plans.

My standard private pay rate is $150 for a 50-minute individual therapy session. We’ll discuss this rate during your free consultation call if needed. If this cost feels out of reach, please don’t hesitate to bring it up—everyone deserves access to quality therapy. I reserve a number of sliding scale spots to help make this possible.

I accept credit and debit card payments through my online system, which means most HSA and FSA cards are also compatible. Please note, if I am not in-network with your specific insurance plan, many clients have out-of-network benefits that may offer reimbursement for mental health services or have the ability to be seen via private pay. I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly to inquire about your coverage options.
